Information Technology Support Specialist at LDI Connect - A leading provider of office technology solutions for over 20 years. The ideal candidate would be able to assess a variety of situations from end user to high level system issues. Candidate would need to utilize their knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking, along with a high degree of troubleshooting acumen, to tackle technical challenges swiftly and effectively.

Information Technology Support Specialist at LDI Connect - A leading provider of office technology solutions for over 20 years. The ideal candidate would be able to assess a variety of situations from end user to high level system issues. Candidate would need to utilize their knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking, along with a high degree of troubleshooting acumen, to tackle technical challenges swiftly and effectively.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide exemplary Information Technology help desk support in a reliable, professional, and effective manner. The IT Support Technician will need to attentively communicate with management and end-users while taking issues from initial report to successful resolution
- Support Microsoft 365 applications - Productivity (Outlook, Excel, Word), OneDrive, and Teams
- Provision user devices
- Manage and maintain user accounts for Microsoft Active Directory as well as other proprietary systems
- Manage assets to keep inventory cataloged and up to date
- Research and train on a variety of known or emerging technologies
- Up to 3 years of Information Technology support experience
- Ability to troubleshoot help desk issues with Microsoft Windows operating systems, networking, computer hardware, and Apple and Android mobile devices
- Strong understanding of fundamental computer network principles
- Knowledge of Microsoft and general IT services, protocols, and applications, including Active Directory, DNS, and file systems and permissions
