Sales Transition Specialist

Independence Plus is expanding in all of our service areas and is now hiring a full-time Transition Specialist / Sales Representative in the Chicagoland area. Home medical equipment (specifically NIV or Invasive Ventilator) sales experience mandatory.

This field-based position is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness and appropriateness of Skilled Hourly Home Nursing and Home Health services and assisting in the process of transitioning medically complex patients from facilities to home. This includes supplying full-service home medical equipment products and services (NPWT, Enteral Nutrition, HFCWO, invasive and Non-Invasive Ventilation, among others).

The applicant must be highly motivated, flexible, and sales/service-oriented.
