Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients to understand their needs, forecast demand and maximize sales opportunities.
Target Account Identification: Identify and prioritize high-potential target accounts to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
Product Development Advocacy: Advocate for and validate new product development ventures based on market demand and customer feedback.
Sales and Marketing Team Training: Provide comprehensive training and support to customer sales and marketing teams to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals.
Budget Alignment: Work closely with operational teams to build sales budgets, ensure initiatives are aligned with predefined budgets and optimize cost-effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications:
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with building construction markets and an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making and drive market expansion.
Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
Corporate Presentation Skills: Expertise in delivering compelling presentations tailored to executive-level audiences, effectively articulating complex ideas and strategies.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Experience in developing and managing budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial objectives are met while optimizing resource allocation.
Consultative Selling: Proven track record of employing consultative selling techniques to understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
Proficiency in Productivity Applications: Established proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), leveraging tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
