Keeley Properties is looking for an outgoing and dynamic individual to join their team as a Resident Experience Specialist in St. Louis, MO!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Foster company culture and serve as a Keeley Properties brand ambassador for all of our property brands.
  • Maintain brand messaging and visual standards across all marketing channels, both internal and external.
  • Support resident communications through email, property app, and signage.
  • Support prospect communications that nurture leads throughout the pipeline, from first touchpoint to lease and move-in.
  • Oversee content creation for properties to publish on social media and weekly e-blasts.
  • Coordinate collateral, SEO, website, and ILS updates as needed for leasing.
  • Work with Marketing team to manage the advertising and marketing promotional activities of our properties, including but not limited to social media, email, digital, video, print and direct mail campaigns.
  • Assist with resident touchpoints, including welcome and renewal letters and gifts, programming and events, surveys, and reviews.
  • Maintain strong pulse on customer engagement and work with Property Management team(s) to implement ways to augment experience and improve retention.
  • Develop training resources, host leasing summits and audits, and train leasing and resident experience team members in their new roles.
  • Identify marketing trends and opportunities to innovate and improve our product, service, technology use, and processes.
  • Compile marketing, leasing, and investor reports and use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing/communications, preferably within real estate and/or property management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of commercial and residential real estate operations, real estate marketing concepts, and other factors that affect occupancy, traffic, retention, pricing, and revenue.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Understanding of graphic design and visual communications/marketing design language.
  • Digital native with knowledge of CRM, e-blast, social media, and photo/video tools.
  • Superior writing, editing, and visual presentation skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences.
