Project Manager
As a Project Manager for Pro Signs, you will be managing multiple branding/signage projects from the initial sale through production, installation, and close-out. You will communicate with customers and respond to inquiries regarding both products and services. A Pro Signs PM is responsible for tracking and managing all milestones throughout the entire lifespan of assigned projects, while consistently communicating with the clients, and Dept. Director.
You will coordinate the status of projects through the appropriate departments including Design, Permitting, Engineering, Estimating and Installation. The PM also serves as the interface with subcontracted installers, vendors and service providers to ensure projects are completed and installed as planned.
Applicant must be experienced in Project Management, customer service, and overseeing multiple projects and or clients at one time.

- Capable of managing a room via in person, conference and, or web calls
- Ability to analyze costs and improve overall profit
- Proficiency in Windows/MS Office, Word and Excel
- KeyedInSign and, or PM Software experience a plus!
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- Possesses a minimum of two-year’s construction, customer service and, or project management experience.
- Experience in the signage and branding industry.
- Experienced in coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze a variety of situations and effectively solve problems.
- Able to build solid “partner” relationships with both customers and subcontractors on behalf of Pro Signs Company
- Business to Business Sales a plus.
