Job Summary: An Automotive Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote our company and brand's products. You will manage various channels like social media networks, Google Ads, 3rd party classified sites, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to our customers.

- Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with dealership leaders (Owner, General Manager, General Sales Manager, etc.) to establish marketing goals and ensure profitability of products and/or services
- Develop and execute marketing plan and program, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of dealership products and/or services
- Plan and oversee the organization’s advertising and promotion activities, focusing on website content, 3rd party lead generation sites, social media promotions, and more
- Communicate with outside vendors about ongoing campaigns
- Manage digital vendors: understand the language they speak, set clear goals and objectives, and make sure all vendors are working together for best results
- Creation and upkeep of online assets to ensure each team has what they need
- Sales manager to develop email templates, drip programs, and provide sales with the tools they need to move leads down the funnel
- Manage ROI-driven reporting by putting systems in place to monitor performance, show how digital marketing affects the bottom line, and align goals with monthly sales goals and objectives
- Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to market to potential customers
Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of marketing work experience, preferably in a digital role
- Dealership experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
