Loan Officer

Position Summary:

-LOOKING FOR CURRENTLY LICENSED AND HIGHLY DRIVEN TOP NOTCH, FRIENDLY AND
FOCUSED LOAN OFFICERS WITH DESIRE AND DRIVE TO SUCCEED.

- THIS IS A POSITION FOR SOMEONE THAT IS PREPARED TO EARN FROM DAY ONE AND
TAKE INBOUND DIRECT CALLS FROM OUR CLIENTS THANKS OR OUR EXCLUSIVE LEADS

- YOU MUST BE LOOKING TO MAKE AT LEAST $20,000 OR MORE PER MONTH AND NOT
SETTLE FOR LESS THAN THAT

Responsibilities:

• Licensed Lending Officers receive high volume lead flow of qualified clients daily from our call center.
• In this role, our Lending Officers will use our competitive edge to present, evaluate and sell valuable financial solutions to clients across the country.
• Knows how to close the leads provided.
• They build rapport, analyze financial situations, and determine the appropriate loan product to meet our client’s goals.
• Educates clients on how to better manage their mortgage and debt.
• Assists clients through the loan process from application to closing.
• Maintains minimum production standards including originations & findings.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of mortgage originations experience
• NMLS SAFE ACT compliant
• Ability to work full-time and maintain excellent attendance.
• Flexible and adaptable, learns and reacts quickly in a faster than average pace.
• Excellent customer service & follow through—were here to take care of our clients.
