UI UX Designer [remote or local]

Who You Are:

• A dependable, creative UI/UX Design professional with a background in user interface design.
• Extensive experience using Figma.
• Ability to quickly prototype wireframes and user flows.
• Aptitude to identify problems and creatively design solutions.
• Experienced collaborating with software development teams.
• Willing to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the UI/UX field.

Your Role:

• Create user-friendly and visually appealing digital designs using principles of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Create sitemaps and flowcharts to outline product structure.
• Combine artistic talent with product and user research.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.
• Ensure seamless and intuitive user experience across different devices and platforms.
  

Preferred:

• 2-3 years UI/UX professional experience.
• Skilled in creating design systems.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Agency experience.
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience.
  

Location:

We are looking for new team members working in a hybrid environment - mostly remote but working in the Boca Raton office when needed.

Remote Requirements:

Remote employees must have stable/quality internet to be considered.
