Summary

Eagle Eye Networks is looking for a talented copywriter/editor to create compelling content in support of our demand generation and engagement goals. The ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects/campaigns at once with clear and compelling messages and calls to action, and deliver with tight timelines. You will learn what drives our target markets, enabling you to deliver content that will strengthen our leadership position and provide a clear understanding of our value proposition and product offering. 

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and proof copy for marketing campaigns, print and digital ads, emails, white papers, social media, and case studies
• Establish and maintain a brand voice. Refine brand voice guidelines to ensure a distinct, cohesive brand identity across all communication channels
• Create a compelling copy, both short and long-form, including ads, emails, blogs, video scripts, internal support materials, and more
• Edit or develop copy for accuracy and brand voice
• Conduct thorough research on market trends, using internal and external sources, to tailor copy to the needs and pain points of our target audiences
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to deliver projects on time without sacrificing on quality
• Create accurate copy about new products and features and develop market positioning and compelling narratives that drive business
• Adhere to Eagle Eye Networks brand guidelines and messaging
• Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams
• Estimate and deliver projects on deadline

Experience

• 5+ years professional writing experience
• Exceptional writing skills (original content and copyediting)
• Meticulous attention to detail
• B2B, SaaS, or security industry experience is a plus
• SEO experience is a plus
• Ability to understand a technical product
• AP style grammar and spelling savant
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent
