Position Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketing & Sales team with a special focus on the Electrodeless Z-Pinch™ Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) source product line. This individual will be responsible for supporting Product Management and R&D scientists in their business development, documentation, and technical marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond and follow up with customers for the EUV and soft x-ray (SXR) product lines

• Own communications with Tier 2 customers, universities, research institutions, and synchrotron facilities

• Sales Operations Support – develop and maintain EUV and SXR marketing materials including datasheets and price lists

• Support sales and service subsidiaries with updated training and product collateral

• Support development of strategy and roll out of Next Gen offerings into the market

• Complete market research and strategy to identify new applications and support product roadmaps

• Work closely with Operations team to ensure on-time deliveries

• Service and quality related administration, track customer issues and drive them to completion

• Work with MarCom to maintain tradeshow and events schedule and assist with logistics and planning

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering discipline

• Experience with highly technical products in either product management, service management, or applications

• Fluency in common office, CRM, and ERP software; preferably Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce

• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to pay attention to details while balancing multiple priorities

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills

• Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy

• Ability to research and self-teach

• 3-5 years of applications or technical marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of Business courses a plus

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, optics or physics related field a plus
