The Manufacturing Operations Manager safely maximizes quality manufacturing output in a cost-efficient manner. Responsible for ensuring and improving performance in quality, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of operations through effective methods and strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business/Technical degree preferred with at least 10 years' experience; or 15 years' progressive experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Production Manager or Maintenance Manager. Experience in handling large volumes of raw material on daily basis. Solid supervision and leadership skills, accompanied with interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. Ability to analyze and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the development of an employee lead safety culture. Must be able to excel in a deadline-oriented environment and demonstrate a high level of competence in organizing and prioritizing multiple work assignments. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently within interpretive guidelines, take initiative, and perform effectively in fast-paced and constantly changing environment; effective oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence; creative problem solving; great team player; working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
