Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our sales team as a Junior Sales Associate. In this role, you will assist the sales team in generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and sales collateral.
- Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and promote its products or services.
- Track sales activities, prepare sales reports, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.
- Support the sales team in all administrative tasks, including preparing sales contracts, invoices, and follow-up communications.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Requirements:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Suite.
· Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales.
· Willingness to travel occasionally to client meetings and industry events.
