E-Commerce Channel Manager (100% On-site in Pelham, AL)

Join our talented team as an E-Commerce Channel Manager and lead the charge in crafting innovative digital strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through our pure play channel. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans tailored to our online business, ensuring alignment with our overarching brand objectives. Bring your expertise in market analysis, consumer behavior, and promotional tactics to the forefront as we continue to expand our presence online.

The E-Commerce Channel Manager will be responsible for optimizing our current accounts while also qualifying new opportunities. This role is responsible for the online strategies of Gabriella White's brands, including Gabby, Summer Classics, and Wendy Jane for our Pure Play initiatives. The role is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for e-commerce contacts and partners, both internally and externally, to drive incremental revenue and optimize profitability.

What You Do

  • Serve as the day-to-day and direct contact for e-commerce contacts and partners.
  • Focus on optimizing current accounts to reduce costs associated with damages, buyer remorse, carrier costs, and other inefficiencies.
  • Responsible for delivering a highly performing e-commerce profit and loss (P/L).
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external marketplace and vendor accounts, as well as internal partners.
  • Utilize an entrepreneurial mindset to identify strategic growth opportunities and strengthen relationships with e-commerce partners.
  • Ensure accurate flow of information, product specifications, and all other partner needs.
  • Collaborate with IT, Category management, and Operations teams to optimize back-end operations and automate processes for setting up new items or current maintenance.
  • Conduct research, and benchmarking, and make recommendations to ensure best-in-class processes and workflow.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams of marketers and sales professionals to minimize channel conflict.
  • Maintain product data integrity and accurate representation in the Product Information Management System (PIM).
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and changes in the industry.
  • Establish and maintain dashboards to report on the state of the business.
  • Deliver quarterly business review presentations.
  • Periodic travel may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with analytic tools and technologies, with experience in forecasting and trend identification.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Understanding of merchandising standards and best practices to maximize exposure and positioning within the marketplace.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in performance and impact on company success.
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with high attention to detail.
  • Effective time-management skills.
  • Above-average interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
