Responsibilities:
- As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge to grow Ready®/’s online presence through digital advertising, paid social media, and new marketing channels
- Continue to support, refine, and amplify the Ready® Brand within target demographics
- Manage the creative development and execution of digital marketing initiatives to support business strategies
- Assist with the media planning and buying activities for all paid advertising campaigns including, but not limited to, paid social, retargeting, and video advertising
- Lead efforts in developing new digital marketing channels
- Leverage consumer insights to formulate and test new digital marketing initiatives to drive incremental profitable transactions both in-store and online
- Analyze performance and attribution of digital marketing channels and make recommendations for media performance optimizations and audience segmentation testing
- Instill strong leadership and build a culture of digital creativity and consumer-focus in the marketing department and beyond Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in Marketing or Advertising
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in an agency or corporate marketing department
- 5+ years' experience in both strategic planning and managing media planning/buying initiatives
- 5+ years' experience managing digital marketing campaigns including programmatic advertising, paid social, and retargeting
- Proven leadership and managerial capabilities
- Highly refined analytical and project management skills
- The ability to analyze data and leverage those insights into actionable initiatives which can be optimized to exceed KPI targets
- Proven ability to work with digital creative teams to develop compelling and effective advertising
- Experience collaborating with and leading project teams in an office environment
