Job Description
This role will be responsible for creating and managing our social media content across all channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and will also oversee all community communications (Mailchimp, Discord, message boards, etc).

Responsibilities
  • Develop overarching content strategy and calendar alongside Director of Marketing.
  • Own and lead social content creation, including concepting, organizating assets, designing, shooting, copywriting, editing and exporting assets to spec across all channels.
  • Conduct social listening across message boards and industry group pages to understand what our customers/potential customers are asking about and any pain points they are experiencing.
  • Ownership of all e-newsletters, ensuring distribution lists are up-to-date.
  • Execute paid ads across social/digital platforms including monitoring, tracking, and optimizing.
  • Manage PR needs as they arise.
  • Ongoing competitor analysis across the ticket industry from a digital marketing lens.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, responding to comments and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Build relationships with sales and dev teams to stay updated on new products and features.
  • Build relationships with external industry professionals and journalists to amplify our share of voice within the community.
  • Stay up to date with digital technology and social media trends.


Must-Have Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a community or social media manager for a brand or marketing agency. B2B experience a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of a creative suite/platform to develop content (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • Thorough knowledge of Meta Business Suite, specifically building audiences and ad-buying.
  • Thorough knowledge of Mailchimp including writing and building newsletters within the platform.
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
  • Understanding of social media best practices and brand etiquette
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of event ticketing industry a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing a plus.
  • Knowledge of WordPress a plus.
