Sales and Marketing Specialist

A partner is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist in Plymouth, MN, to assist in the establishment of a new beauty and wellness product division. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience across various channels, including e-commerce, marketing, and customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and maintaining online data and content on direct-to-consumer (DTC) and partner websites.
• Implementing and assessing online promotions.
• Collaborating closely with the Amazon account team.
• Working with the marketing director and agency to execute marketing communication strategies.
• Addressing customer inquiries via phone, social media, email, and online chat.
• Assisting the VP in providing updated sales forecasts to local and overseas teams.
• Generating monthly report data.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in e-commerce sales and marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Excellent proofreading skills and ability to present numerical data.
• Strong planning and organizing abilities.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Initiative and willingness to take on increased responsibilities.
• Dependability with strong judgment and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Occasional travel, including overnight and potentially international trips, may be required.
