The cloud-based Ziosk Platform is an omnichannel suite of products that provide safe, secure, contactless dining experiences, operational efficiency and data insights to grow a restaurant’s top and bottom line. Summary

As a Level I UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and shaping user experiences across our range of digital products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and fellow designers, to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that delight our users. 


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gain valuable insights into user needs and preferences.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts and workflows.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to visualize and refine design solutions.
  • Utilize existing design system and add to the system.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs while adhering to technical constraints.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and actively contribute to the growth and improvement of our design processes.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., UX design and interaction design, graphic design) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in UX design or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and showcasing your design process from concept to execution.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Ability to conduct user research activities and effectively translate findings into actionable design solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Passion for user experience, with a desire to continuously learn and improve your skills.
  • Experience in both mobile and web design.
