Outside Sales Representatives

Riekes Equipment, a leader in material handling equipment and warehouse solutions, seeks a talented and driven outside B2B sales professional. This isn’t your typical sales job. By taking a consultative sales approach you will play an important role in finding effective solutions for our customers to drive productivity and safety in distribution centers, manufacturing plants, food processing facilities, and more. This position has an established, profitable base territory with huge potential for growth within the territory and nationally.

Outside Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Partner with customers to drive their success while achieving your sales, market and profit goals.
• Prospect, set appointments, meet face-to-face, and present solutions to attract new business.
• Promote Riekes products, service, and people to differentiate us from the competition.
• Collaborate with the Riekes team to develop sales plans, provide an outstanding customer experience, and drive profitability.

Outside Sales Consultant Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Three to five years of outside sales experience connecting and closing deals with existing and potential customers is preferred.
• Self-motivated and self-directed. Persuasive, goal-oriented, energetic, and friendly.
• Able to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of clients and colleagues from forklift operators to executives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). CRM experience is desired.
• Licensed and able to drive company vehicle.

The earning potential of this position is unlimited with a base salary, commission, and annual bonus based on profitability. The right candidate for this position should be driven to earn six figures through hustle, grind, and closing sales.
