What We're Looking For:

Detail-Oriented: Being detail-oriented is paramount in this role. It involves setting up content tasks for graphic designers using our project management software, refining client copy to better suit digital signs, meticulously proofreading and approving designs before client release, ensuring flawless execution for digital platforms.
Experience with Content Management: Deploy content to clients' digital signage networks. Upload content to CMS, create playlists, schedules, and reports.
Strong Communication and Collaborative: Overseeing and coordinating content tasks assigned to graphic designers and video editors, ensuring they align with project objectives and client expectations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effectively managing these collaborative efforts and ensuring timely project completion.
Innovative Thinkers: Join us in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas, and bringing them to life across our various digital platforms.
Local and Within a Reasonable Commute to Franklin, TN Office (This role is not remote)

Requirements for Success:

Experience and Expertise: A bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or related fields, along with 5+ years of agency experience. Proficiency in software tools and a knack for multitasking efficiently are key.
Excellent Communication: Impeccable written and verbal communication skills are a must, accompanied by the ability to transform ideas into engaging content.
Adaptability and Efficiency: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, mastering various technologies and software with ease.
Leadership and Initiative: Showcase strong leadership qualities and a proactive, self-directed approach to work.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and MacOS
A Plus: You possess skills and experience in Graphic Design.
