Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Community Relations, the Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the planning, design, and execution of all digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various digital channels and technologies, playing a pivotal role in optimizing our digital presence to support organizational objectives.

Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Lead the day-to-day management and oversight of the marketing technology stack, including CMS, email marketing platforms, and other SAAS systems.
  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to update and manage the website and landing pages, optimizing user experience and ensuring brand alignment.
  • Create and manage marketing automation journeys and campaigns for member and product onboarding, driving engagement through personalized messaging.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate member experience across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Work on paid marketing strategy (SEM, PPC, Display, Video, OTT) from concept to execution.
  • Identify trends and insights in digital marketing data to optimize spend and performance.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Measure and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new digital initiatives such as digital banking and fintech integrations.
  • Develop, schedule, and manage content on digital platforms.

  • Results-oriented approach to achieving marketing objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.

Years of Experience:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing or related field.
