We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as an Advanced Systems Integrations Engineer. This role requires expertise in systems integration, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365, along with strong technical skills in system administration and project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing and integrating complex systems to drive business efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Integration:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrated solutions involving Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365, along with other third-party systems as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define integration objectives, and design scalable and efficient integration architectures.
• Develop and maintain integration workflows, data mappings, and system interfaces to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across integrated systems.

Microsoft 365 & Dynamics 365 Administration:

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 suite of services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related applications.
• Administer Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customization, and maintenance of CRM and ERP modules to meet business requirements.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience.

Technical Expertise:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365, providing guidance and support to internal teams on best practices, capabilities, and limitations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in systems integration, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365 ecosystem to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.

Project Management:

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of integrated solutions within defined timelines and budget constraints.

Documentation and Training:

• Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, integration guidelines, and user manuals, to support system integrations and administration.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to promote adoption and utilization of integrated systems and provide ongoing support as needed.

User Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to end-users on IT provisioning processes, equipment usage, and software applications, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and optimal utilization of IT resources.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to IT provisioning, asset management, and data security, implementing controls and safeguards to protect sensitive information.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT support, system administrators, and security specialists, to coordinate provisioning activities, address technical issues, and support IT projects and initiatives. Additionally, communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on provisioning activities and address any concerns or requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• · Proven experience in systems integration, with a focus on integrating Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 platforms.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365 administration, including proficiency in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related services.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 administration, including configuration, customization, and maintenance of CRM and ERP modules.
• Solid understanding of integration methodologies, protocols, and tools, such as APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, etc.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, etc., are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with other cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
