New Accounts Representative

As a Booking Liaison specialist or New Accounts Representative, your role is to help the marketing or sales department develop new accounts. Typically, your work involves making calls to all the major Real Estate offices  and School Districts nationwide in discussing or products or services. You then hand off the New Accounts to the sales or marketing department.

You need to be very comfortable speaking over the phone, have good computer literacy, and possess some knowledge of different kinds of sales or brand marketing approaches with the ability to learn the specific strategy your firm employs. Previous experience at a call center as a customer service or relations specialist is also important but not necessary as we will train.  

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google, Gmail, Windows 10 
• Able to multitask under high pressure  
• Be honest and proactive in all your communications
• No prior sales experience or industry knowledge needed
