We are a marketing & sales company that is currently hiring entry level individuals with a sports minded background for our entry level business sales account manager position. We currently do all of the outside B2B sales & marketing for clients in North New Jersey areas. We specialize in dealing with customers face-to-face on behalf of these companies to help them keep their existing customers happy and acquire new customers as well.

Responsibilities of a Business Sales Account Manager:

  • Reliability - must show up to daily sales meetings and customer appointments on time
    • Represent the company with integrity and character to ensure both the client and customer are properly taken care of
  • Teamwork - must be able to support and lead a sales team
    • Sales account manager will work with a team to meet company and individual sales targets
  • Communication - must communicate with other sales account managers and customers professionally
    • Fully trained in customer interaction, presentations, and practice in public speaking
  • Results - must operate at a high level of performance to achieve sales quotas
    • Generate sales leads for new sales accounts
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Organization - must utilize tools (CRM, leadership team, books, etc) to plan and execute efficiently
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer account

Requirements for a Business Sales Account Manager to be successful in this role:
