Experience:                 Tile or Stone Sales; Decorative Mosaic experience preferred

Travel:                         up to 60% in Territory

Jeffrey Court seeks a highly motivated sales representative to grow with us – we offer a competitive salary plus commission compensation, health insurance benefits, 401k plan with company contribution. All approved travel expenses paid.

This positions primary responsibilities include:

• Development and Execution of Marketing and Sales plan for the territory.
• Preparing and Analyzing sales data to maximize sales efforts. Identify trends.
• Participate in regular sales calls as required.
• Preparing and submitting weekly territory updates.
• Prospecting and Management of key distributors and dealers.
• Prepare and execute expense reports weekly.
• Plan travel schedule six weeks in advance-following company travel policies.
• Creating brand awareness with designers, architects, contractors, and builders.
• Coordination of specifications / bidding process for all architectural projects.
• Participation in local / regional designer and distributor shows.
• Work closely with internal teams to assist and improve efficiency and communication.

Requirements:

• In depth working knowledge of Tile and Stone distributors, dealers, architects, designers, builders within territory.
• Minimum of three years of Tile and Stone field sales or other relevant experience.
• Interior design background--a plus
• Able to travel as required to support Jeffrey Court initiatives in the region.
• Self-motivated, organized, and the ability to multi-task and complete projects.
