Digital Marketing / E-Commerce / Customer Service
E-Commerce E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist
Up to $47,000 to start plus full benefits
As E-Commerce E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist you will receive training and:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for e-commerce customers
- Communicate by phone, email, automated ticketing systems, e-commerce interface and/or live chat
- Answer questions and address inquiries
- Provide assistance with products, orders and general service
- Learn to handle administrative quality control and quality assurance duties
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Conduct routine and special account analysis
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service, Customer Support or similar/related in an e-commerce environment
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
And:
- Experience using any type of e-commerce customer portals (e.g. (Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Overstock, eBay, Commerce Hub, Zendesk or Ship Station)
- Experience with several of the following E-commerce platforms / sites: Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Beyond (Overstock), Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Shopify
Pluses:
- +++ ZenDesk proficiency
- +++ Amazon Seller Central proficiency
- +++ On-the-job experience with HD.com, Lowes.com, Wayfair, WM.com
- +++ Shopify proficiency
- +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
