CDA Trainee

We are excited to be immediately seeking Child Development Associate (CDA) Trainees in our Accelerated CDA Course for ALL CEO SITES!

Our CDA Trainees Enjoy:

• Mentoring & training with some of our amazing Infant & Toddler Educators
• Access to a Teacher-instructed course which consists of in-person learning and on-line/written coursework.
• Being paid $17/hour as you earn your credential.
• Guaranteed full-time 35-hour work week, Monday through Friday, 7:30am -3:00pm
• Monetary Incentives for milestone completion throughout course training
• Earning an Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) at no cost.
• Become a full-time Infant or Toddler Teacher here at CEO upon completion.

What you would bring

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a childcare setting or some college coursework in Early Childhood Education
• FLEXIBILITY (Initial training location and final site placement may not be the same)*******

Please note: This is a rolling enrollment vacancy. Our Accelerated CDA Instructional Course is set to begin MAY 2024. Applicants for this position will be required to complete standard background clearances, fingerprint clearances, child abuse background check, a physical and TB test.
