Position Summary:

The Client Services Analyst is tasked with supporting our Joint Venture Sales Teams but managing the daily inbox, fielding any and all requests appropriately.

Responsibilities:

  • Audits and maintains all state licensing for company and individual loan originators. Maintains efficient database to ensure proper tracking and reporting and manages ongoing database clean-up.
  • Leads special requests and projects as requested by leader and Sales Managers.
  • Creates and maintains process documents, manuals, procedures, reports, and training materials.
  • Answers Client Services questions as needed. Monitors Client Services email box to ensure timely response to originators.
  • Coordinates with Licensing, Compliance and Legal on any state & federal law changes.
  • Communicates with leadership from various departments, sales territories and branches as needed. Assists sales leaders with client data requests.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.


Requirements:
  • This position requires you to be onsite 2 days a week in our Chandler, Arizona. Must be in a commutable distance.
  • Proven ability to manage a heavy workload, respond with flexibility to shifting priorities, exercise sound judgement, and make decisions that benefit the organization while minimizing risk.
  • High degree of attention to detail and proven ability to multitask.
  • Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Minimum of two (2) + years' experience working in a similar role with high-volume mortgage banker preferred.
