How You'll Contribute

• Manage the front-end operation and ongoing optimization of ACFAS and related websites; collaborating with staff to ensure current and consistent content
• Plan, develop and execute innovative education and membership based multichannel marketing content and campaigns, including copywriting, graphic design and video creation
• Release all organizational communications while collaborating with internal departments to maintain schedule and deadlines; including writing and designing web and email copy, landing pages, interactive visuals, and other digital assets
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase visibility and engage with members
• Plan and oversee digital advertising campaign implementation, monitoring optimization and performance including regularly analyzing website traffic, social media engagement and campaign results.
• Manage online store and create and maintain merchandising strategy.
• Eager and motivated to learn and apply latest marketing trends and tools.

About You!

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media/technology or a related field; CAE preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; preferably in medical association management.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video applications, content management systems and email marketing platforms.
• Experience with and strong understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics/GA4.
• Willing to be part of a collaborative team.
• Exceptional quality control with strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel to annual scientific conference (5-7 days)
