Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant,Client Services Associate supporting a highly respected Wealth Management veteran with over 30 years of experience. Our esteemed advisor has built lasting relationships with clients, some spanning three decades, and attracts new clients exclusively through referrals. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work in an environment that values treating clients with the utmost care and attention.
Responsibilities:
All team members are expected to contribute to the seamless operation of our wealth management services, which extend beyond traditional financial assistance. You will play a pivotal role in various aspects of our operations, providing invaluable support that goes beyond financial inquiries.
Duties:
Client Assistance:
- Address client financial requests with precision and professionalism.
- Offer personalized service in line with the advisor's client-centric approach.
Scheduler Extraordinaire:
- Maintain and manage the advisor's busy schedule with finesse.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure the advisor is well-prepared for each interaction.
Client Relations:
- Greet clients warmly, embodying the advisor's commitment to a personalized experience.
- Assist in creating an inviting and comfortable office environment for client meetings.
CRM Updates:
- Record all relevant actions in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Office Operations:
- Contribute to the overall organization and efficiency of the office space.
- Oversee office maintenance, including inventory management and kitchen upkeep.
