Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for the marketing initiatives of the organization which include

Content creation for the website, email communications and monthly newsletters
Coordination of fundraising activities, events and campaigns
Communication with vendors and agencies to ensure timely execution of initiatives
Keeper of marketing materials and collateral
Management of donor CRM

Background:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
Proficient in web design tools
Knowledge of performance marketing strategies and tactics
Familiarity with marketing platforms and best practices
