Our client, a reputable marketing and advertising agency is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator. The ideal candidate understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times and is able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to adapt to change. This candidate must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to work independently and prioritize work and have a proactive approach in order to anticipate candidate/hiring manager needs. They must have a great personality and enjoy having some fun during the workday! This role is mostly remote with the flexibility to go into the office 1-2x month, as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Willingness and desire to be the “expert user” in our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse
- Responsible for data management and integrity throughout the scheduling and assessment process including input of relevant candidate data into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Interacts with various levels of candidates and external vendors to schedule interviews and book conference rooms
- Prepares offer letters
- Performs work in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations and company policy per management direction
- Completes special projects as required
- Assists with pre-boarding for new hires
- Administrative support for all career fairs
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Expert user with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong verbal/written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task
- Sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently
- Team-oriented with the ability to flex in support of the timelines, and deliverables of team members
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office
SALARY
$45-50K (DOE) + Paid OT + Benefits/Perks
HOURS
8:30/9:00am-5:30/6pm (DOE) + Flexibility for OT as needed

Assist senior management in researching and targeting prospective investors across channels and geographies
Drive the creation of impactful collateral materials that describe our investment approach, processes, and portfolio
Support ongoing investor-relations efforts by responding to ad hoc investor enquiries
Provide colleagues with ongoing status updates and investor feedback to inform distribution strategy and product development
Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team
