Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Social Media Coordinator to assist in managing our social media presence and engaging with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. As a Social Media Coordinator at Promotion Pia, you will have the opportunity to contribute to content creation, community management, and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating engaging content for Promotion Pia's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and produce high-quality visuals and captions.
Monitor and engage with our audience across all social media platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive interactions with our followers to build brand loyalty and increase engagement.
Schedule and publish social media posts according to the content calendar. Ensure that posts are published at optimal times to reach our target audience and maximize engagement. Monitor post performance and adjust scheduling as needed.
Track and analyze key performance metrics for social media channels. Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of our social media efforts and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and drive results.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in social media management, marketing, or related roles is a plus.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
