Established wealth management and advisory firm is seeking a Client Service Relationship Manager to join their growing San Francisco office. The ideal candidate is an ambitious professional with over eight years of relevant industry experience. The role will support the firm's range of client types with their broad range of specialized needs. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to form professional relationships will be important for success in the position.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Responsible for all aspects of administration and client service for high net worth clients
- Liaises and collaborates with Portfolio Manager and other teams to provide top-notch service to clients
- Manage all aspects of client onboarding including custodian selection, documentation collection, account opening, account funding, online enrollment and implementing fee arrangements.
- Strong Understanding of trusts, foundations and LLC structures
- Coordinate tax, estate planning, and fiduciary matters
- Build rapport with clients, and their outside advisors to assure prompt, accurate fulfillment of all requests
- Ensure fee arrangements are implemented correctly.
- Oversee the development of junior client service colleagues
- Ad-hoc projects and ongoing business improvement efforts as needed.
- Attend client meetings, prospective client meetings, and related events
- Process customized client reporting
- Strong understanding of competitor and industry products and services
- Successfully cultivate strong relationships with functional groups across the firm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Trusts and Fiduciary accounts
- Knowledge of a variety of accounting tasks involving the preparation and maintenance of financial records
- CFP or coursework a plus
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients
- Desire to learn and the ability to learn quickly
- Detail oriented

- Illustrates tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills

SALARY:
- $100-170k + bonus, depending on experience. Exceptional benefits.
