Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000

We're on the hunt for a sharp, data-driven Ecommerce Merchandising Assistant to join our team as we embark on an exciting new business model focused on the US market. This is a unique opportunity to carve your own path and make a real impact at a fast-growing, family-owned company. 

Here's what you'll be doing: 

• Become a market expert: Deep dive into specific SKUs, categories, and brands to uncover hidden trends, assess competition, and understand market share dynamics. 

• Forecast like a pro: Predict future demand with data backed SKU-level forecasts for units and sales, guiding our strategic decision-making. 

• Take initiative, own your impact: This is a pioneering role within our new business model, and your proactive spirit will be key to shaping its success. 

• Map the way: Assist with product attribute mapping in our PIM system, ensuring accurate and efficient data management so we can quickly sync and sell our skus across multiple partners in an automated way. Responsible for meeting deadlines and execution to keep this project on track.  

• Embrace the unknown: Be adaptable and flexible as the role evolves along with the business. Your ability to thrive in dynamic environments will be invaluable. 

Bonus points if: 

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, business analysis or marketing analytics.  
• Have experience with e-commerce channel partners.  
• Have experience with large sets of data.   
• Excellent with Excel.  
• Experience with a PIM ( Product information management system)
