[HYBRID] Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & SEM exp. req.) Description

Our client, a prominent, well-established marketing agency, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. Although they are a smaller company, they have national outreach and impressive results so you can feel secure about making this move. While this position is around 70% remote, you still must be within driving distance of their office in Rocky Mount to come onsite 6-7 days per month. Working in conjunction with the Account Managers, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting each client’s digital strategy. You’ll work within a variety of industries with most of their focus on B2C marketing. Their clients have made great strides within the last year to distance themselves from more traditional media, but they still need to be pushed here and there beyond old-school ways. That’s why finding someone who has a consultative, patient approach to usher buy-in is a must. Someone who knows how to be persuasive and influential without being too authoritative. [HYBRID] Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & SEM exp. req.) Responsibilities

•    Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for each client 
•    Monitor, evaluate, and adjust strategy based on campaign results
•    Govern paid media budgets while measuring and optimizing spend 
•    Analyze traffic, keyword rankings, and site performance 
•    Explore client advertising opportunities in other advertising platforms
•    Ensure high-quality client communication and monthly campaign reports 
•    Measure and analyze ROI as set by you and the client
•    Collaborate effectively with colleagues on large or small projects 
•    Keep clients and account teams updated on campaign and account-level performance 
•    Remain apprised of the newest industry trends and optimization tools 
•    Nurture an environment filled with cross-collaboration and team-building

[HYBRID] Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & SEM exp. req.) Qualifications

•    3+ years of digital marketing experience required 
•    Social media marketing experience required 
•    Experienced leveraging paid media, SEO, and SEM required
