Job Description: They seek a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a dynamic team. The CFO will oversee the company's financial operations and drive strategic financial planning to support its growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or accounting, with specific expertise in securitization, specialty finance, and alternative investments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial functions of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and risk management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's short-term and long-term goals.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability and optimize investment opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance on capital allocation, investment decisions, and financial risk management.
• Collaborate with executive team members to drive operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments in specialty finance and alternative investments.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and an MBA or CPA are strongly preferred.
• 5-10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, focusing on financial management and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in securitization, including structuring and executing securitization transactions.
• Strong knowledge of specialty finance and alternative investments, with a track record of successful investment strategies.
• Has proven leadership skills with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial or executive role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
