UI/UX Designer

HumCap's client is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on React to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces and experiences for our web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into seamless design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement user interfaces for web applications using React.
Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
Ensure consistency and coherence across all aspects of the user experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in React and experience designing user interfaces for web applications.
Strong UI/UX design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Proficient in using Visual Studio for development tasks.
Knowledge of version control systems such as GitHub.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Experience using project management tools like Trello for task tracking and prioritization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience working in an enterprise-level environment or with complex systems.
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
