MMC is looking for Training Specialists to start!
Pay: $32/hr
Hours: Flexible Schedule, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
Responsibilities:
- Electrical
- Previous assembly knowledge
- Production standards
- Both hands on and theoretical development and instructional practice
- Compliance
- Highly organized and time management
- Previous leadership/management exp
- Tech savvy – new software roll outs are not uncommon in this space
Requirements:
- Proven experience in instructional design, content development, and delivery of training programs
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate learners
- Proficiency in written communication for creating training materials and documentation
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices for effectively managing training initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
