We are seeking an Entry Level Social Media Assistant to join our team. As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in implementing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive website traffic. You will have the opportunity to work with various social media platforms and learn valuable skills while supporting the overall marketing efforts of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and DMs to maintain a positive brand image and foster customer loyalty.
Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with business objectives.
Assist in creating compelling visual content, such as graphics and videos, to enhance social media posts.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Experience using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
