Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engage our target audience
Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Monitor and moderate social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and promotions
Stay current with social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
Proficiency in utilizing social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and impactful content
Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for increasing organic reach and engagement
Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative social media campaigns
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
