Job Description

[HYBRID] Account Manager (1+ yrs. of Software or Consulting Sales exp req)
Location: North Shore Area, MA [HYBRID] - 2-3 days per week in office
Salary: $60,000 - $62,500 Base + Uncapped Commissions (1st yr. OTE = $90k, 2nd yr. OTE = $140k+)
Benefits: Health Insurance Reimbursement Program, 401k w/ match, Unlimited PTO
Job Type: Full-Time
Typical Hours: M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Travel: 25% regional travel to visit clients, some overnights

[HYBRID] Account Manager (Software or Consulting Sales exp req) Description

Our client, in the Software/Consulting Services industry, is looking for an Account Manager to add to their team in the North Shore Area of MA. You will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your mission will be not only to retain valued clients but also to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance their business through a diverse range of products and services. 90% of your time will be spent nurturing and supporting existing accounts, and the remaining 10% of your time will be hunting for new business opportunities with new and aging accounts. Ideal candidates will have experience in B2B software, technology, or consulting sales and excellent communication skills. [HYBRID] Account Manager (Software or Consulting Sales exp req) Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing customers
• Develop new business opportunities with existing and aging accounts
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and work toward customer retention
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer success
• Understand customer needs and align solutions to meet those needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and product portfolio
• Review accounts and plan strategic engagements

[HYBRID] Account Manager (Software or Consulting Sales exp req) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1+ years of B2B software or consulting sales experience required
• Quota-carrying Account Management experience required
• CRM or ERP systems experience required
