Position Overview: As the Chief of Staff at Employee Benefits International, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Principal and executive leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about employee benefits, organizational excellence, and making a positive impact on the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to execute strategic plans that align with the company's mission and objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Project Management: Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely and successful execution while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
- Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between the CEO and various internal departments, facilitating communication, information flow, accountability, and coordination of activities.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the administrative and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Financial Oversight: Work closely with the finance team to monitor budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role, preferably in the employee benefits or HR industry.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and collaboration.
- Knowledge of employee benefits, insurance, and HR practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
