PPC and SEO Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation)

Position Overview:

Winter Walking is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PPC and SEO Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support our digital marketing efforts by assisting with the planning, execution, and optimization of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns and search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with junior-level experience in digital marketing to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in PPC and SEO.

You will also help architect our outreach strategy, leveraging your expertise to expand our reach and increase awareness of our brand and offerings. Your mission will be to craft and execute outbound marketing campaigns that capture attention, engage audiences, and generate high-quality leads. As the Lead-Generating Expert, you will be responsible for devising and implementing strategies to generate high-quality leads, expanding our customer base.

Your primary function will be as our top of funnel lead-generating expert. Your main initiative will be to bring in as many high-quality leads as possible through SEO, paid search, list procurement, media buying, public relations and any other effective methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute top-of-funnel marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract qualified leads.

• Utilize digital marketing tactics such as SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing to drive website traffic and generate leads.

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for SEO optimization and content creation.

• Optimize website content and meta tags for improved search engine visibility and organic traffic.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

• Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and events, to enhance Winter Walking's reputation and visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC advertising and/or SEO.

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.

• Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Platform is a bonus

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.

• NOTE: We are in Horsham, PA. The position is onsite, not remote.
