We are seeking a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment through sourcing, attracting, and hiring drivers and movers to meet the Operations staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse team that aligns with our company's goals and values. You will be responsible for implementing training to enhance employee skills, engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting dispatch operations to ensure efficient and timely dispatch of driver and movers to the field to service customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth and effective dispatch operations, and mitigate problems before they occur.

What you'll be doing:

Recruitment Strategy - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and
develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Utilize various sourcing methods,
including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract potential
candidates.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting - Generate reports and analytics to assess recruitment
performance and identify areas for improvement.

Training and Development - Coordinate new hire training sessions for driver/movers and
corrective or quality training. Monitor new hire progress and provide feedback and support to
address any learning gaps or challenges.

Manage Day-to-Day Operations - Assist with supervision and coordination of the day-to-day
activities of the moving company, including dispatch, scheduling, fleet management, and
personnel management

Coordinate and Plan Moving Services - Work closely with operations, sales, and customer
service teams to ensure that all moving services are properly scheduled, staffed and executed
according to the customer requirements and company policies.

Maintain Regulatory Compliance - Ensure that all operations adhere to local, state, and
federal regulations, as well as industry-specific guidelines and safety standards.

Personnel Management - Assist with training and supervision of employees, including drivers,
movers, and other support staff, Foster a positive work environment and maintain open lines of
communication with employees.

Provide Customer Service - Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and
effectively, working with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with Other Departments - Collaborate with the sales, customer service, and
finance departments to ensure seamless integration of operations and to achieve company
goals.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of dispatch experience , preferably within the moving or
transportation industry
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal transportation regulations and industry-specific
guidelines
• Possess an understanding of key operational management principles, encompassing
logistics, fleet management, and personnel management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a
diverse team of employees
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. Demonstrate proactive
thinking to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as fleet management systems and
routing software
