Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Commission-Based Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling ad space for both the magazine and our digital streams of content], driving revenue through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients to present our products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and negotiation.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to position our offerings effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Be comfortable building a portfolio of clients
