Salary: USD$ 40,000 - $90,000

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Video Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with bringing our brand to life through captivating video content. From Amazon product demos to engaging social media ads, you will lead the production process from concept to final edit. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with various teams to ensure our videos align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Additionally, candidates must have access to a shooting studio and be open to receiving our products frequently to capture compelling footage. If you're passionate about storytelling and have a knack for creating visually stunning content, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:

  • Capture and edit video content for product listings, ads, and social media, utilizing studio setups, real-life settings, and 3D models.
  • Blend products, branding, music, dialogue, graphics, and effects to craft polished and captivating videos.
  • Create creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards to guide video projects.
  • Expand video production efforts, overseeing freelancers to cover entire product ranges.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ideate video content in line with brand goals and strategies.
  • Ensure all videos meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and technical requirements.
  • Review and refine video content regularly to optimize its impact.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline video project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and final deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and video production best practices.
  • Introduce innovative and imaginative approaches to elevate video content quality.
  • Manage and protect all inventory received for video production purposes, ensuring its safekeeping and proper utilization.
  • Experience with a high volume of shooting/editing is a must, as this position requires shooting videos with our products received on a daily basis.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in ad agency or in-house video production roles.
  • Degree in film production, cinematography, or a related field is highly preferred. 
  • Prior experience as a Video Producer with an impressive portfolio of successful projects. (Portfolio must be submitted in PDF or website link).
  • Creatively inclined with a keen eye for captivating content.
  • Expertise in video production tools and studio lighting.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging Amazon product videos, ads, and brand content.
  • Proficient in video editing software is a must.
  • Strong project management skills, adept at collaborating with diverse teams and staying abreast of industry trends.


Additional Requirement:

  • Must have a dedicated workspace for shooting videos, or access to one nearby that can be rented, and expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
  • Candidates are required to have their own video production equipment.

This is a contract position (1099) with Americanflat; however, we are also open to considering W2 arrangements.
