About the Role
The Account Executive’s role is to seek new business opportunities by connecting and
developing relationships with potential customers.
To excel in this position, prior experience in nurturing leads generated by marketing
initiatives and achieving sales targets from initial contact to deal closure is essential.
You will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. Lastly, you’ll be
responsible for ensuring effective post-sales support is delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and fostering strong relationships within the packaging industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Engage with clients, assist sales representatives, and negotiate deals.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
- Qualify leads from databases and networks, leveraging packaging industry experience.
- Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to devise effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on new services/products and plans.
- Match appropriate services/products to clients.
- Deliver informative presentations to clients.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide input.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate meetings for clients and executives.
- Report to business development management as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging sales and 3 years in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Effective relationship-building and client management expertise.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strategic thinking, planning, and results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends and products.
- Ability to achieve specific quotas and analyze sales metrics.
- Familiarity with multiple platforms and effective presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (especially Excel), and Zoho Suite.
