Responsibilities: • Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and host monthly or bi-monthly events that engage our community and highlight the versatility of our space. Your creativity will lead the way in crafting memorable experiences that range from professional gatherings to social celebrations. We would love to hear your input regarding what events you think the community wants and needs, giving you ample opportunities to express your event hosting creativity. • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients looking to rent our space. Your excellent communication skills will ensure that clients’ needs are understood and met with the highest level of satisfaction. • Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, from caterers to decorators, ensuring that our events are supported by reliable and high-quality services. • Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with our marketing team to promote upcoming events and the rental availability of our venue through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and local advertising. Requirements: • Proven experience in event planning or coordination, with a portfolio of successfully managed events. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work with others. • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as events dictate.
