Duration: 12+ months

Location: 100% Remote Ok  (Seattle, WA/PST Hrs)

Rate: Experience Dependent

1. Technology project delivery in large complex organizations - 10+ Yrs

2. Expert Knowledge and experience in all project delivery methodologies, e.g., Agile/SCRUM, SAFE 4+, Hybrid, Predictive (waterfall) - 10+ Yrs

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - 10+ Yrs

4. Ability to maintain report against Project budgets - 10+ Yrs

5. Strong MS projects experience to keep project plan up to date - 10+ Yrs

6. Managing projects : Salesforce & SharePoint technology - 5+ Yrs

Years experience:

• 10+ years overall experience 

Technology requirements?:

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Visio with expert skills in MS Project and Excel required
• Experience Microsoft TEAMs, Confluence, SmartSheets, and JIRA a plus 

Degree or certifications required:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Management preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, and Scrum Master Certifications are a plus.

Required background/ Skills:

• 10+ years in successful technology project delivery in large complex organizations
• Expert Knowledge and experience in all project delivery methodologies, e.g., Agile/SCRUM, SAFE 4+, Hybrid, Predictive (waterfall)
• Manage assigned projects against cross-program portfolio dependencies
• Works independently, with limited day-to-day guidance from senior program management leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communications to deliver crisp, concise presentations and status reports

Daily Responsibilities:

·         Drives complex, cross-functional enterprise projects, leading multiple efforts simultaneously

·         Leads high-performing, cross-functional, often globally distributed teams comprised of project/program management, Analysts, Engineers and Developers, Product Owners, Scrum masters, etc.
