Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for our specific purpose SCADA system, aligning with overall company goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, to define product requirements and specifications.
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements related to control systems.
- Analyze market demands and customer feedback to make informed decisions on product enhancements and updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and platform partners to understand their needs and gather valuable insights.
- Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to ensure product satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring that financial goals are met.
- Monitor product performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue and gross profit targets.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams across the Vessco Water partner platforms to develop effective go-to-market strategies.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the controls or automation industry.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of control systems.
